We hope you’re excited to become a C Spire 5G Internet subscriber as we are to deliver it! Before your installation appointment, please review the following to help make your appointment run as smoothly as possible.
- The account holder or an authorized adult aged 18+ must be physically on the premises during the length of the appointment.
- Have someone at the appointment that is authorized to sign our Service Agreement. We will not begin the installation until we obtain your signature.
Appointment Change / Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 855-438-1009 as soon as possible.
Before beginning your installation, our technicians will conduct a preliminary signal assessment. The purpose is to make sure you can get adequate signal. In the event that your home or business are unable to get an adequate signal, we will not install the equipment, and you will not be charged for the service.
